A meet & greet must be conducted before any service can take place.
Please disclose any injuries, medical history and allergies.
There will be additional fees applied to more complex sittings for example dogs that require medication.
Invoices for sittings are sent prior to any sitting and 50% of the cost is due before the sitting, and the rest is to be paid upon your return.
Invoices for walks / pop in visits are sent on a Friday.
Indoor cameras (ie Ring) will be turned off during sittings whilst I am present at the address.Please disclose the location of cameras for privacy reasons.
Cancellations of services must be made 48 hours before service is due to be completed. This applies to walks, pop in visits and hourly sittings.
For cancellation of week sittings or longer, please provide as much notice as possible, ideally 1 weeks notice.
Any on the day cancellations will be charged at full service price.
In the event of severe weather ie heat, flooding etc, an alternative option will be offered. This could be a pop in visit instead of a walk for example.
For pet sitting properties, homes must be secure ie have a working lock on front and back doors and must have the necessities ie water, heating and electricity.
